Return Policy


Products may only be returned after purchase if they do not conform to the agreed-upon specifications as stated on the invoice upon which payment was made.

Since some products are custom-made to customer order, specifications are finalized prior to processing and manufacturing, and returns are not accepted thereafter.

If non-conformity is proven after inspection, the customer has the right to replace the product or receive a refund.
