Return period: The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Return costs: If you wish to return one or more products after receiving the order, you will have to pay 29 riyals for shipping costs. If the product is returned by a shipping company, another 29 riyals will be added to the shipping costs for the return. These amounts will be deducted from the refund value, or the order value can be kept in your store balance for future use.
Manufacturing defects: You can return the product for life if it has a manufacturing defect, provided that it is in its original condition.
