Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all products sold on our store. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund under the following conditions:
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and make sure that this product is in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received. The refund process will be completed after receiving and inspecting the returned product. If you paid by electronic means (credit card), the money will be returned to your credit card. According to the requirements of each buyer's bank, the refund process may take up to a month to appear on the credit card statement.
Please note that the amount returned to your account will include the value paid for the product you purchased only, and our store is not responsible for any costs for the reshipment of the product you do not want.
The products that are not returned are as follows:
• Clearance products
• Products that are not in their original condition or have been opened, tampered with or damaged.
• Products whose serial number does not match what is registered with us.
Under special circumstances, if you receive a wrong product or a different product than what you ordered or its specifications are different from what is shown on the website, we will arrange for the product to be returned and replaced free of charge, but the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it with its original packaging and/or in its wrapping without any damage.
