AL BARRAK GLASS FACTORY

Al Barrak Group entered into glass business in the year 2005. The first processing facility was established at the industrial city of Al-Hassa. As a leading glass processor we are able to undertake all forms of glass treatments, such as glass tempering, edging, drilling, polishing, beveling, sand blasting and double glazing as per the client requirement.

As part of our expansion, we have started our second processing facility at Riyadh in the year 2007 with the capacity of bending (Curve Glass Process) as our first curve glass process unit and double glazing for the structural glass application.

In the year 2008, we started our third processing unit in Al Qasim region to serve the northern parts of the kingdom.

With the successful achievement accomplished in this sector of the Al-Barrak group, fourth unit was established in Khamis Mushait in the year 2016, & later on in the year 2017 fifth unit was established in Jeddah.

All of these factories are fully equipped with a state of arts, equipment and machineries from a leading manufactured company such as M/s.Bottero, M/s.Lisec. M/s.Baveloni, M/s.North glass. In parallel through electronic inspection system right from the beginning to achieve final processing works we have highest quality of possible & efficient workmanship which has made our company very prominent in glass industry.

We are continuously investing into upgrading our units with the state-of-art processing equipment to ensure that our glass has achieve the highest possible standard finishing. As such two new furnaces were installed in Al-Ahsa and Al Qasim in the year 2020 and 2021 respectively. Apart from that we added new product lines such as lamination for flat and curved glass at Riyadh factory in the year 2019.

In addition our company is keen to adhere to the standards of international quality measurement and testing, for this we successfully certified from Close Focus Research Ballistic Testing Services (USA). This has enabled us to maintain an excellent reputation with our customers for high quality and variety of products and develop strong working relationship with a range of the country’s top interior designers, architects and building construction companies.

With continuous ambition to be a-leading glass processor in the kingdom from the beginning of the year 2022 we have started Building works for the Sixth and seventh Factories at AL-Jouf and AL-Baha respectively in the industrial area of MODON. And the down payment for the equipment of these two factories were already paid , We are expecting the operation of these two factories will started from the middle of the year 2023.
