This line produces snack corn with a productivity of 160 to 500 kg / hour
It consists of the following main parts:
Corn meal mixer
Screw conveyor
Extruder, which shapes the snack into the desired form: ring snack, long or short stick snack, star snack, spiral Cheetos, and other shapes.
Rotary tumbler gas – mat, the dryer roasts and dries the snack and removes moisture from the snack pieces
S.S coating tumbler, the flavoring unit flavors the snack pieces
2 oil and flavor mixers and flavor pump melting units
The snack chips production line produces corn chips, puffed corn, puffed corn with flavor, zig-zag corn chips, Cheetos shapes, puffed corn snacks, and light food appetizers.

Our snack chips production line at Al-Faraj Engineering Industries is characterized by ease of cleaning and maintenance, all electrical parts, valves, sensors, and others used are of European origin, and all parts in contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel 304.
