Product Return Conditions

The product to be exchanged or returned must be unused and in its original condition.
If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, you are entitled to an exchange or refund.
If there is no error or defect in the product, but you no longer want it for some reason, you are entitled to an exchange only.

If there is no error or defect in the product, but you no longer want it for some reason, we are happy to serve you by replacing the product, but the site will not bear the shipping and return costs.

When will the amount be received in the event of a return request?

The refund process takes a maximum of 10 business days from the date of the return request.

When will the product be delivered to you in the event of an exchange request?

Within 5 business days from the date the site receives the product.
