Return Policy

Article (1): Introduction

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and dependable customer service in full compliance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Regulations, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and safeguarding all parties’ legal rights.

This policy explains the return, refund, and cancellation procedures and the conditions governing them, consistent with Saudi regulatory requirements.


Article (2): Definitions

For the purposes of this policy, the following definitions apply:

  • Company / We / Almarai Fertilizer Factory:
    The entity that owns and operates the official website https://almaraiksa.com and its official applications, duly registered under Saudi law.

  • Customer:
    Any natural or legal person who purchases products through the website or mobile applications.

  • Goods / Products:
    Fertilizers or other agricultural items offered for sale through the company’s online platform.

  • Order:
    A purchase request submitted by the customer via the website or mobile application.

  • Return Period:
    The legally permitted timeframe within which the customer may request to return the purchased product under this policy.


Article (3): Right of Return and Cancellation

  1. Customers are entitled to request a return or cancel the order within seventeen (17) business days from the date the goods were received, without the need to provide justification.

  2. The return period is calculated from the date the product is actually received by the customer or an authorized representative, provided that such person is not the shipping carrier.

  3. The goods must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  4. A valid purchase invoice or electronic payment receipt must be submitted with the return request.

  5. Requests made after the permitted period or that fail to meet the specified legal conditions will not be accepted.


Article (4): Return Procedure

  1. To initiate a return request, customers must contact the customer-service department through one of the following channels:

  2. After verification, the customer will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be quoted in all communications and shipping documents.

  3. The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs to the company’s approved warehouse or branch. A reliable and trackable shipping carrier must be used.

  4. Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by the technical team, and the customer will be notified of acceptance or rejection within seven (7) business days.

  5. If approved, the refund will be issued within seventeen (17) business days using the same payment method originally used, without any additional fees.


Article (5): Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be unused and unopened.

  2. The product must be in its complete original packaging, including all accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable).

  3. The return must be requested within 17 days from the delivery date.

  4. The product must be free from any damage resulting from misuse or improper storage.

  5. The return shipment must be properly packaged and, ideally, insured against damage during transportation.


Article (6): Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Products manufactured to custom specifications or made to order.

  2. Products that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life.

  3. Products that have been opened or used, particularly for testing or sampling purposes.

  4. Products that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  5. Products sold as part of promotional, clearance, or discounted campaigns, unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

The company reserves the right to reject any return request that fails to meet the above conditions, at its technical and administrative discretion, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.


Article (7): Refund Processing

  1. Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product by the company’s technical team.

  2. Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within seventeen (17) business days.

  3. In the event of rejection, the customer will receive a written explanation stating the reason.

  4. Shipping fees and Value Added Tax (VAT) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error attributable to the company.


Article (8): Limitation of Liability

  1. The company shall not be held liable for damage or loss during return shipping if the customer fails to use a certified or trackable carrier.

  2. The company shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by logistics providers or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

  3. If a customer provides an incorrect delivery address or uses an unapproved delivery channel, the company shall bear no responsibility for any resulting delay, loss, or damage.

  4. In all cases, the company’s liability is limited solely to the value of the returned product.


Article (9): Customer Support and Assistance

  1. Customer-service support is available through the following official channels:

  3. All inquiries and complaints are responded to within three (3) business days from the date of receipt.


Article (10): Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. This policy is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  2. The courts of Riyadh and Al-Jouf shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the interpretation or implementation of this policy.


Article (11): Final Provisions

  1. This policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the Almarai Fertilizer Factory website and applications.

  2. The company reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

  3. Amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the website or mobile applications, and continued use of the platform constitutes explicit acceptance of the revised terms.
