退货和退款政策

Coffee products cannot be exchanged or returned unless the order is incorrect or damaged upon receipt. Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order (based on the delivery date listed on the invoice).
The customer is not entitled to a return in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged due to misuse by the customer.
- If the purchased product is not resellable for health reasons.
- If the product deteriorates within its shelf life due to any reason outlined by the rules, regulations, and laws of the Ministry of Commerce.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund for the product's purchase value within 7-14 business days (excluding shipping and return costs).
