  • Once the issue is verified and confirmed by our technical team, the customer must return the product within 24 hours from the time the problem is identified.

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.

  • The product will be replaced with an identical item or the customer will be compensated as agreed.

  • No return requests will be accepted after the 24-hour period from the confirmation of the issue.
