Reinforced roofing panels

AAC roofing and flooring panels are lightweight, fire-resistant, quick and easy to install, and provide superior thermal insulation for a lifetime. AAC panels are steel-reinforced aerated concrete elements (Grade 70). The internal steel wire reinforcement is coated with an anti-corrosion layer. AAC roofing panels are manufactured to ASTM C 1452 strength class: AAC-6. PAC panels are produced in thicknesses of 20 cm or 25 cm and a maximum width of 6 meters. For spans exceeding 6 meters, a steel beam is added to support the panels, which can be inserted within the beam. For a 20 cm panel thickness, an IPE 220 beam is used, and for a 25 cm thickness, an IPE 270 beam is used. PAC panels have a special 5 cm groove on the top edge where 12 mm diameter steel reinforcement bars are inserted between the panels and filled without non-shrink mortar. In this case, a 5 cm high structural screed is not required at the top.
