Sulfate resistant cement (SRC)
This type of cement differs from other types in that it is characterised by a low content of tricalcium aluminate, which is responsible for reacting with sulfate ions present in the soil or water, which prevents the expansion of concrete and the occurrence of cracks in areas where the soil contains a high percentage of sulfates.
